Kewpie brand, made with rice vinegar rather than distilled, a more distinct umami taste because of the addition of dashi.

This is THE Mayonnaise of Japan, much more richer and creamier than the standard mayo. this is because it's made from rice vinegar and rich egg yolks. Perfect for dips, yakisoba, okonomiyaki and takoyaki or a replacement for butter or oil when frying vegetables, meat and seafood.

Once opened refrigerate at 1-8c. Do not freeze. Use within one month after opening.

Ingredients: Vegetable Oil (70%) (Rapeseed Oil, Soybean Oil), Pasteurised Egg Yolk (14%), Vinegar (Barley Gluten), Salt, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Spice (Mustard Flour), Spice Extract (Mustard Oil).
